Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable: Gift certificates cannot be returned or exchanged for cash or other services.
Validity Period: Gift certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Expiration: After the one-year validity period, the gift certificate will expire and cannot be redeemed.
